The Virginia Correctional Association is thrilled to announce the return of our first in-person Annual Training Institute since 2019, set for Thursday, October 30 – Friday, October 31, 2025, at the Petersburg Public Library, located at 201 W. Washington St., Petersburg, Virginia.
Some of you have previously been in touch with Curly Sellers, Vendor Chair or Dana Ratliffe-Walker, VCA President regarding this event. Below are the key details and requests we need from you at your earliest convenience:
Exhibitor Space: All exhibitors will be situated in the Conference event center. There will be VCA members available to assist exhibitors with set-up. Exhibitors can set-up on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, between 2:00PM – 4:00PM and Thursday at 7:00AM.
Vendor/Exhibitor Levels – Gold - $600, Silver - $400, Bronze - $200.
Networking Opportunities: Representatives from the governor’s office and the directors of the Virginia Department of Corrections and the Department of Juvenile Justice to tour our vendor areas; these are key individuals with purchasing authority.
Promotional Materials: If you are interested in the gold and silver sponsor/exhibitor levels, please send your company logo in JPEG format (high resolution and camera-ready) to [email protected] by October 6, 2025. This will allow us to prepare the conference program in time.
