Sponsor and Exhibitor Invitation
Our Sponsors and Exhibitors’ generosity is important to us, and we thank you in advance for helping to make this year’s VCA Training Institute a success.
The Training Institute is designed to provide maximum exhibitor/sponsor interaction and exposure with participants. The contact information for each Exhibitor and Sponsor will be listed in the Program Guide, and your company’s name will be prominently displayed in the area during each activity you sponsor.
Activity Sponsorship Opportunities – All Activity Sponsors will be listed in the Program Guide with prominent signage recognizing your support at each activity you sponsor.
Exhibitor Display Booths - Includes an 8’ x 10’ space, draped table, 2 chairs, and full registration for one (1) person, which includes all group meals. Please advise if electricity or internet access is needed.
Sponsorship/Exhibitor forms and checks are due by September 14, 2021. Please note that some of the events listed on the form offer exclusive sponsorship opportunities this year. VCA will do its best to put on a quality event and to ensure all sponsors are pleased with the sponsored/co-sponsored events.
